Every room comes equipped with an iron and ironing board, a kettle, a hairdryer, cutlery and dishes and a minibar. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel’s new breakfast bar is set to open in late October 2008. Parr Street Hotel is on the 2nd floor of Parr Street Studios Ltd. It is here where the largest recording studio outside of London is housed. Many famous artists have recorded here.
